High-Level Instruction A purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and IBJJF competitor, Coach Rob is a WHM practitioner with 15 years of Yoga practice under his belt, he qualified as a Yoga Alliance RYT200 in 2019 and has been teaching Yoga for BJJ since 2020.

Hello! I'm Barry Crowther

I'm a 2nd Degree Black Belt under Roger Gracie, Coach Rob and myself have been training together for many years now. He has always been a dedicated student and avid practitioner of BJJ as well as his other pursuits in the yogic arts.

He introduced me to the Wim Hof system, 4 years ago. I started with the cold showers and breathing techniques. Not imagining the massive impact that this would have on my Jiu Jitsu practice.
Within six months of regular breathing and keeping to a regular schedule of the techniques my cardio improved beyond measure. Now, it's a common thought within BJJ, that nothing can improve cardio for rolling … other than rolling. And, I’ve tried them all from long distance running to hill sprints!

Using the techniques outlined in this course, it is possible to take your BJJ game to new heights. Train harder, more often and with energy that we didn’t know existed. Even more important for the older student.

Injuries heal faster, body efficiency improves and cardio gets better.

I use these techniques every day, and especially concentrate on Breathwork when doing hour long rolls or training for a competition.

They are simple principles, you just need the discipline and patience to stay on the path for a prolonged period of time. If you can follow these instructions, find what works best for you, then I think you’ll find this course an important addition to your BJJ journey.
